U.S. Flags: Nylon

Our nylon U.S. flags are manufactured using only the highest quality 200 denier DuPont SolarMaxTM Nylon. This nylon is specially treated to resist damage from ultra-violet sunrays and has been tested to assure durability.

All of our nylon American Flags feature canvas heading, sewn stripes, double-needle edge finish, and four rows of stitching on the fly end. For sizes 2x3' through 5x8', our nylon American flags have embroidered stars and use two brass grommets to attach the flag to the pole. Our 6x10' nylon American Flags have printed stars and use two brass grommets. Our 8x12' and 10x15' nylon American Flags have printed stars and use two metal D-Rings. And all nylon American Flags size 12x18' and larger have appliquéd (sewn) stars. They also utilize nylon rope sewn into the heading with metal thimbles securely attached. This provides an even distribution of the wind load to help prolong the life of the flag.
